HOSTED PBX for HOTELS

The communications environment in the hospitality industry has lagged significantly. Fortunately VoIP technology has radically transformed the cost of doing business in most industries.  In most cases these cost savings are realized by replacing high-cost traditional PBX systems with IP PBX and SIP trunks.

For a 100 room property, it is not uncommon to find Total Cost of Ownership for an on-premise PBX exceeding several hundred thousand dollars over a 5-year period.  Even if most guests do not use the hotel PBX to make calls, it must still support al of the necessary functions for the small percentage that do use it.
